This agreement is between the adult account holder arranging services and Sol de Vaquero LLC, doing business as Mule ("Mule"). Operator notices: [Notice address to be confirmed]; contact details pending.

1. Your choice of contractor and Mule's role

You choose the independent contractor and authorize the services shown in your booking. The service contract for the work is between you and that contractor. Mule supplies marketplace and account software, booking and work records, support, invoicing and payment collection. Mule does not itself perform the trade work merely by providing those functions.

The contractor is responsible for its workmanship, personnel, tools, methods, required licenses and insurance, and damage or injury it causes. A listing, review, credential declaration or automated measurement is not a guarantee of workmanship, insurance coverage or suitability. A verification label, when shown, describes the specific check performed. These allocations do not excuse Mule's own legally actionable conduct or eliminate any party's nonwaivable duties.

2. Scope, prices and approval of changes

Before you commit, the booking must identify the contractor, service scope, price or clearly stated calculation, applicable taxes, Mule service fee and any contractor-set emergency or other surcharge. Contractor rates and surcharges are selected by the contractor. You authorize the displayed total and only the additional charges you expressly approve. The contractor's separate commission arrangement with Mule is not a later addition to your approved total.

Measurements and access assumptions may require your review. If the site differs materially, the contractor must explain the change and obtain your approval of revised scope and price in the app before additional work or charges. Declining new work does not authorize a surprise fee. Necessary emergency safety steps do not create an unlimited payment authorization; use emergency services where appropriate.

3. Invoicing, completion and payment

For a one-time booking, Mule invoices and charges your authorized payment method after the contractor records completion under the disclosed job workflow. Required job records and photos support that process; a completion entry does not by itself waive a workmanship claim or establish your satisfaction. Any deposit, cancellation charge, recurring charge or other payment arrangement requires its own clear disclosure and authorization before it applies.

The contractor appoints Mule as its limited agent to collect payments for Mule bookings. Successful receipt of the authorized payment by Mule or its designated processor satisfies your obligation to the contractor for that amount, subject to a lawful reversal such as a refund or chargeback. You do not have to pay the contractor again merely because Mule fails to remit it. Mule then accounts to the contractor for its net payout after the agreed commission and permitted, itemized adjustments. A failed payment is not a successful receipt; Mule may ask you to resolve it without adding undisclosed fees.

4. Cancellations, recurring services and refunds

A cancellation or rescheduling fee applies only under a policy shown and accepted before the relevant commitment, or as otherwise permitted by law. Contractor cancellations and unperformed work are reviewed for rescheduling or refund according to the disclosed booking terms and applicable law. No cancellation fee is created by this agreement alone.

Recurring services require separate informed consent to the amount or calculation, frequency, duration or renewal, and how to stop future charges. Use the plan's disclosed cancellation mechanism or contact support if it is unavailable. Refunds, corrections and chargebacks are reviewed using the agreed scope, actual performance, payment record and applicable consumer rights; neither a contractor nor Mule may use these terms to avoid a refund required by law.

5. Access, safety and the shared job record

You must be 18 or older and authorized to arrange work at the property. Give accurate access information, disclose known material hazards, secure pets as appropriate and avoid directing unsafe or unlawful work. The contractor must assess its work conditions and follow applicable safety rules.

Keep job scope, scheduling, price changes, authorizations, payment discussions and disputes in Mule's job messages and records so both sides can review them. Telephone calls are permitted for emergencies, accessibility needs or outages; record any material agreement in the app when safe and practical. Do not post sensitive information unrelated to the job, harass others, or interfere with honest reviews.

6. Platform-introduced jobs

Do not deliberately arrange a side payment or concealed off-platform transaction to evade a disclosed Mule fee on work introduced through Mule. This restriction concerns the introduced relationship and applies for 12 months after the last completed Mule booking with that contractor, only to the extent lawful and reasonably needed to protect that introduction. It does not give Mule ownership of you or your property, prevent unrelated contractor relationships, or prevent you from using a contractor with whom you had a documented relationship before Mule's introduction. Tell support about a preexisting relationship so the correct treatment can be recorded. No automatic punitive fine is created.

7. Concerns, remedies and account restrictions

Report workmanship, damage, billing or access concerns in the job record or to the support contact configured before launch, with supporting facts when available. Mule may help document and communicate the dispute; that does not make it the service contractor or a binding arbitrator. You may use lawful complaints, regulators, payment dispute procedures or courts without first surrendering those rights.

Mule may proportionately limit new activity, suspend or remove an account for substantiated fraud, safety risks, serious abuse or material breaches. Where practical, we provide the reason and a way to seek review; urgent protection may come first. Restrictions do not erase legitimate refund claims, records-access rights or amounts properly due. Remedies for proven losses remain subject to law; no arbitrary penalty or charge is authorized by this agreement.

8. Software, data, changes and governing law

Mule provides account software on an available-service basis and does not promise uninterrupted access or perfect automated recommendations. You retain rights in content you supply and grant the limited permission needed to store, display and process it for the service and lawful recordkeeping. The privacy notice below explains processing. Do not misuse accounts, copy others' private records or interfere with the service. A future paid software subscription requires separate disclosed terms; this agreement does not enroll you in one.

Texas law governs to the extent applicable, without displacing mandatory protections of another jurisdiction. Material agreement changes require a new version and the assent required by law; they do not retroactively change the price or scope of an accepted booking. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent lawful. Nothing here waives rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act or other nonwaivable law, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, or guarantees Mule complete immunity from liability. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in this template.

Electronic records and delivery

You may choose electronic contracting and electronic delivery of agreements, booking confirmations, invoices, notices and related records for your Mule account. This choice is separate from accepting the service terms and from marketing consent. The terms are available as HTML and downloadable plain text. You need an internet connection, an email account, a current browser that displays this page, and the ability to save a text file or print a page. Open the full agreement and confirm you can read and retain it before consenting.

You may request a paper copy at no charge, update your email or mailing details, or withdraw electronic-delivery consent by contacting the contact channel configured before launch. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not invalidate records already delivered or charges already authorized. If electronic delivery is necessary for a new online transaction, Mule may pause that transaction while arranging an available alternative; your existing legal rights and access to prior records remain. We will disclose material technology changes and obtain any renewed consent required by law.

Checking the acceptance box, separately consenting to electronic records, typing your legal name and submitting records your electronic signature to this exact document version. Keep a copy for your records. A simulation in demo mode is not production acceptance.

Operator and scope

Sol de Vaquero LLC, doing business as Mule, operates this service. This notice covers account, property, job and business information processed through Mule. Contact: contact details must be configured before launch; [Notice address to be confirmed].

Information and purposes

We process account and contact details; business, licensing and insurance declarations; property addresses and details; service requests, prices, invoices and payment references; uploaded photos; job messages, reviews and records; agreement acceptance; and technical security logs. We use them to provide accounts, find and schedule services, support quoting, document work, process payments, resolve disputes and protect the service. Authentication and payment processors handle credentials and payment information through their systems.

Mule may review job messages, uploaded photos, payment references and related activity to investigate fraud, payment abuse or evasion of disclosed platform fees. Rules can flag risk signals for human review; a flag is not proof of wrongdoing, and detection is not guaranteed. Authorized reviewers may request context or temporarily limit activity or payouts as disclosed in the agreement while resolving a specific risk. We do not authorize an automatic punitive fine based only on a signal.

When you request a property scan, relevant location or address information is sent to the configured public-data or imagery providers. Automated measurements can be incomplete or wrong. A photo or message can contain personal information; share only what is needed for the job, and avoid unnecessary images of people, keys, documents or unrelated private spaces.

Sharing and service providers

Relevant job information is shared with the homeowner, selected contractor and authorized personnel who need it. Infrastructure, authentication, payment, communications and measurement providers process the information needed for their functions. Mule may disclose information where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, safety, fraud investigation, establishing or defending claims, or a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. Contractor business imports must be lawfully obtained; importing a contact is not consent to marketing.

This release does not authorize sale of personal data or its use for targeted advertising. Those activities require an accurate updated notice and any consent or opt-out process the law requires before they begin. Contractors may use homeowner information only to fulfill the authorized job, maintain necessary business records and comply with law; unrelated marketing or disclosure requires an independent lawful basis.

Retention, security and your requests

Records are retained as reasonably needed for the service, agreed work history, security, accounting, legal obligations and disputes. Agreement versions and acceptance evidence may remain after account closure where needed to establish the parties' obligations. Retention is not unlimited; deletion requests are assessed against those purposes and applicable law. No system is guaranteed free from unauthorized access or interruption.

You may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your personal data, and appeal a decision, through the contact channel configured before launch. We verify identity and respond as required by applicable law, explaining any permitted denial or retention. Where applicable, you may exercise statutory opt-out rights without unlawful discrimination. Keep your contact details current. Service notices are distinct from optional marketing preferences.

Google Calendar data and use

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. With your authorization, Mule reads calendar identifiers, names and access permissions so you can choose a personal calendar and a separate writable appointments calendar. For your selected personal calendar, Mule requests busy start and end times rather than event titles, descriptions, attendees or locations. Busy time is used to avoid conflicting reservations. An owner's calendar affects company availability; staff calendars affect their work and checks for unassigned company reservations.

Mule reads, creates, updates and removes its own events in your chosen appointments calendar to synchronize eligible Mule visits. These events contain a generic Mule appointment title, times and an internal event identifier, without customer names, addresses or job descriptions. They are marked private; who can access them also depends on the calendar's permissions. The Google event permission is broader than these actions, but Mule uses it for this appointment synchronization feature.

Mule stores selected calendar identifiers and labels, your Mule account/company association, connection and synchronization status, busy intervals, and export mappings. It temporarily holds encrypted authorization credentials in an HttpOnly browser cookie for up to ten minutes while you finish connecting. Once saved, the refresh credential is encrypted with AES-256-GCM on the server so synchronization can continue when you are not using Mule. Calendar requests use HTTPS. Mule's hosting and database providers process the information needed to operate this feature; calendar records are accessed through Mule’s server rather than directly by user accounts.

Your company owner can see your calendar label, provider, connection status, last synchronization time and error status, including after disconnection. A calendar label can contain personal information such as an email address, so review its name before connecting. Busy intervals influence available reservation times. Mule does not show personal event titles or other personal event details to homeowners or company colleagues.

Google Calendar retention and your controls

A successful synchronization replaces the stored busy snapshot for a rolling window from yesterday through 32 days ahead. This is a synchronization window, not an automatic deletion deadline: a failed synchronization can leave the previous snapshot stored while new reservations are paused. Connection details, authorization credentials and export mappings remain while the connection is in use, unless removed through the controls or a data request described here.

When you complete Disconnect in Contractor Calendars, Mule clears that connection's stored authorization credentials and busy intervals and stops synchronizing it. Mule attempts to remove its exported appointments, but time limits, unavailable access or another active connection using the same exports can leave events behind. Review the destination calendar and remove unwanted Mule copies manually. Another active connection may recreate shared copies on a later sync. Disconnect does not erase your saved Mule visits, connection identifiers, labels, synchronization records or export mappings, and earlier records may remain in backups. It is not a complete data-deletion request.

You can separately remove Mule's access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking Google access does not itself delete records already held by Mule. To request deletion of retained Google Calendar information, contact the contact channel configured before launch. We verify your identity, identify the records covered by your request, and explain any information that must remain and why. No fixed backup-deletion period is promised by this notice. Calendar management and deletion instructions are available on Mule's Help page.

Google Calendar Limited Use

Mule follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Workspace API rules, including their Limited Use restrictions. These rules cover Google Calendar information and data derived from it, and take precedence over the broader data-use, review, disclosure, business-transfer and future-advertising language elsewhere in this notice.

We use Google Calendar information only to provide the visible calendar-selection, availability and appointment-synchronization features. We do not sell it, use or transfer it for advertising, credit decisions or lending, or use it to create, train or improve general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Transfers are limited to what is needed for these user-facing features with your consent, security purposes or applicable legal requirements. Any transfer as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets requires your explicit prior consent. People may read Google Calendar information only with your documented agreement to access the specific information, where necessary for security such as investigating a bug or abuse, where required by law, or as aggregated and anonymized information for permitted internal operations. The company-owner visibility disclosed above is part of the calendar connection you choose to enable. These limits also apply to our service providers and personnel.

Adults and changes

Mule accounts and bookings are intended for adults 18 or older, not children. Do not submit a child's personal information unnecessarily. Material changes to this notice will be identified with a new version and communicated as required; consent will be sought where required. This notice does not waive privacy rights provided by law.
