A little help, less back and forth
Help & support
Find the next step for your account, a scheduled visit, or a question about the work.
Support & beta feedback
Include the email on your account and, for a visit, the service and scheduled date. This helps us find the right details.
Mule’s beta support contact has not been confirmed. Contact the person who invited you using your existing conversation. Support coverage must be confirmed before a paid visit proceeds.

Recover account accessManage or delete connected calendar data
- In your contractor account, open Calendars and select Disconnect for each connection you want to remove. If synchronization is running, wait and retry. A completed disconnect clears that connection’s stored credentials and busy times. It retains connection metadata and export mappings; your saved Mule visits remain.
- Review the separate appointments calendar in Google or iCloud. Mule attempts to remove its exported copies, but cleanup limits, unavailable access or another active connection can leave copies behind. Remove any unwanted Mule copies there. Another active connection can recreate a shared export during a later sync; coordinate with its owner before removing it. Your personal events are not deleted.
- To revoke Google’s authorization separately, open Google Account third-party connections, choose Mule and remove its access. Revoking access does not delete records already stored by Mule. Disconnect in Mule as well.
- For deletion of retained calendar identifiers, labels, status or export records, contact the support channel above with your Mule account email and the connection concerned. Do not send passwords or access tokens. If the support contact is not yet confirmed, use your existing conversation with the operator who invited you. Ask which records remain, why, and how backups are handled; this notice does not promise a fixed backup-deletion period.
A successful sync replaces the stored busy snapshot. Its yesterday-to-32-days-ahead window is not an automatic deletion deadline: failed syncs can retain an older snapshot. See the Google Calendar privacy notice for the information Mule stores and its Limited Use commitments.
Common questions
How do I change or cancel a visit?
Open Visits and find the upcoming visit. Available changes and the cancellation policy appear with the booking. For a change you cannot make there, contact support and include the service and scheduled date.
What if a measurement or price looks wrong?
Check the property's measurements before booking. Estimates are labeled so you can review the details. Send support the property address, service, and what needs correcting. Review the final booking total before confirming.
Where are my updates and service records?
Homeowners can open Visits for visit details and Messages for conversations. Contractors can open Workday and select a visit for its status, timeline, and uploaded photos. Crew chat is for conversations within your company.
An update failed. Should I try again?
A connection problem can hide a successful update. Check the booking or message status before repeating the action. If the result is still unclear, contact support with the action you took and when you took it.
How do I report a problem with the work?
Open Visits, choose the completed visit, and select Request a correction. Describe what needs attention; the request and the pro’s reply stay with the visit and appear in the operator’s support queue. Review the result before selecting This is resolved. A correction request does not pause payment or issue a refund. For a payment question or further help, contact support with the service and scheduled date.
How do I give beta feedback?
Use the support address below and describe what you were trying to do, where you became stuck, and any help you needed. Include failed attempts. The Mule operator keeps a private feedback log and follows up on account access, money, privacy and blocked visits first.
